Rick Fazio1882 days agoI wanted to support a local business here in Jefferson Park. I drive by Opt vision studio almost daily, sometimes twice daily. My appointment was at 1 o'clock. I was greeted immediately and taken care of from beginning to end, 45 minutes. I was delighted with the timing. Dr Gabby is fantastic. Everything in the place is brand new--the latest and greatest equipment. The receptionist was friendly, fast, and efficient.Posted on Google

Chasity Jimenez751 days agoNatalia Krol, one of the office Opticians, is a saint, with the best customer service! We discussed prices of frames before coming in, with her help; making the process in the office so much smoother, knowing what to expect. This allowed my daughter to take her time searching. My daughter was the patient so Natalia made sure her voice was heard and she got to try on every pair she wanted as well as patiently showing us all the options for colors! Literally making my ten year old feel super important and special! Her friendly smile and passionate attitude was refreshing and something she should be praised for! Thank you Natalia! ❤️Posted on Google

Natascia Flasch1992 days agoOPT Vision Studio is beautiful. Not only is equipment top of the line, but the environment is so crisp and clean. The staff is extremely friendly as well! I've been to the eye doctor several times since I was a kid, and it wasn't until going to OPT that I felt like I got explanations regarding my vision that made sense to me. Highly highly recommend!!Posted on Google

Kristi Amdahl1138 days agoI love this place! I love the small, boutique size and vibe - I feel calm, not overwhelmed, when I'm there and trying to decide on frames...there are just enough options! And, I love that they're on top of the latest technology so I've never had to have my eyes dilated (sooooo nice!). And, the doctors and staff are all wonderful. I feel taken care of and heard when I'm there. Thank you!Posted on Google

Hillary Nguyen1993 days agoI had a problem with my insurance not appearing, but Dr. Gabby and her staff talked to my insurance and got the problem quickly resolved. The store is very neat and organized! They have new technology like optomap and Dr. Gabby takes her time to explain areas of the eye and your eye health. I've always had wait times of 1+ hours at the optometrist, but here I was in and out in about~30 minutes. I'm so happy that I decided to go here for my contacts exam! 🤗Posted on Google

Cassandra1434 days agoI cannot recommend OPT enough. It's rare to find an optometrist's office that makes you want to come back. This might be the vision studio I've had the pleasure of visiting. Everyone is kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. The space was clean but not in that sterile, uncomfortable way — it was a welcoming environment: modern, understated, warm. My concerns were met with an appropriate response and they were patient with my questions. At no point did I feel rushed or brushed aside. The exam was quick, painless, modern, and thorough. I'll be glad to visit again. 10/10.Posted on Google

S H831 days agoGreat eye doctor and boutique. Exam is thorough and the optometrist takes time to answer your questions. Using your insurance is easy and they handle all the paperwork for you. They have a good selection of frames including some popular frames from fashion designers. My only suggestion is it would be nice to see a wider selection, but in a way a more limited selection can keep you focused!Posted on Google
Modesty359 days agoNatalia and Dr. Lana were INCREDIBLE. I had such a great experience and the entire interaction made my week. I was able to get my prescription, train for contacts, and walk out with contacts on! I highly recommend this team. The space is also very clean and they offer water and coffee for guests! Thank you for that easy and friendly experience!!Posted on Google

My exam with Dr. Gabby was quick but thorough, with explanations and insights every step of the way. Rebecca helped me select new frames, walked me through my insurance coverage, and went through each line item of what I was paying for. Very transparent and upfront, which I highly value. I definitely recommend Opt!Posted on Google

Melissa Coleman626 days agoMy son first went here to get an exam and glasses. He was so impressed he told me so I scheduled an appointment as well. From scheduling the appointment to picking up my glasses the service was 10's all across the board. The optometrist who did my exam was so thorough. I've never had one where they took as much time and explained everything so very well and clear. She promised to follow up with me on some information about eye care, etc and sure enough within an couple of days she did! The office is clean & beautiful. The staff is friendly and efficient. Their choice of frames is great and both my son and I got beautiful frames. I picked mine up and wore them to the store and got a compliment within an hour of putting them on! I can honestly say this was the most positive and professional optometry appointment I've ever had and my son agrees. I'm planning to schedule a visit for my twin 83 year old mother and aunt.Posted on Google
